Kenny Wallace Making a Pit Stop at PIR Opening Night - April 1, 2011

Paducah, KY - - - Kenny Wallace, rookie of the year for the American Speed Association in 1986, is speeding his way to Paducah International Raceway for opening night April 1, 2011.  He will be racing his Federated Auto Parts UMP Modified against local competitors.
     
Paducah International Raceway’s 2011 season is overflowing with activities.  Once again, races are scheduled every Friday night - including many other exciting events such as World of Outlaws on April 15, Lucas Oil on May 7, and Nascar Night of Stars on May 12.  Visit our website or call PIR for further details.  
     
Scheduled for opening night are races in all 7 divisions: UMP Super Late Models, UMP Pro (Crate) Late Models, UMP Modifieds, UMP Street Stocks, 4-Cylinder Warriors, High-School Warriors, and Kentucky Vintage.  Pits open at 4pm, grand stands at 5 pm, and races start at 7 pm.  All fans should plan to visit PIR for a full night of excitement on opening night.

Paducah International Raceway is a 3/8 mile, high banked oval racetrack located at 4445 Shemwell Lane in Paducah, KY 42003.  This year marks the Raceway’s 6th year with the current NASCAR driver owners.
