Integra expands IMCA contingency award program for 2011

Bill Martin
COOPERSVILLE, Mich. (May 31) – Integra Racing Shocks continues one unique set of awards while adding post-season prizes for another IMCA division in 2011.

The two Late Model drivers with the top combined national and Deery Brothers Summer Series point totals each receive $350 product certificates. Third and fourth places in combined standings are both good for $250 certificates and fifth and sixth place finishers each earn $150 certificates.

New from the Coopersville, Mich., manufacturer this season are awards for top three drivers in the two IMCA Sunoco Stock Car regions, in increments of $350, $250 and $150.

Integra will also give $350, $250 and $150 certificates to the top three drivers in each of the five IMCA Modified regions, and to top three finishers in national standings for Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods.

Smiley’s Racing Chassis Southern SportMod drivers are in the running for $250, $150 and $100 certificates.

In addition to competing with four Integra-made shocks and springs, Late Model, Modified, Stock Car and Northern SportMod drivers must display two Integra decals on their race car and return a sign-up form to the IMCA home office by Aug. 1.

Southern SportMod drivers are required to display decals, return the sign-up form and compete with Integra springs.

Late Model certificates will be mailed after the Deery Series concludes and national point standings become official in September. Modified, Stock Car and SportMod awards go out starting in late October.

Integra is a division of Keyser Port City Racing. Along with shocks and springs, the company’s extensive dirt track product line includes rod ends and extensions, upper ‘A’ frames and aluminum tanks for power steering and rear end filler tanks.

Information about Integra-made shocks and springs is available by calling 800 472-2464 and at the www.integrashocksandsprings.com website.

"The difference in SportMod contingency payouts is based on the products required to earn them,” IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder explained. “Shocks and springs are required for the drivers in the North while only spring purchases bring rewards in the South. Across the board Integra makes great products and will reward their most successful customers in 2011."
