Sarver, PA (June 8, 2011) This Friday, June 10 will be our annual Holiday Races with Fireworks on #1 Cochran Fan Appreciation Night! All Fab Four divisions will be in action, but there will be no increase in admission prices! This is traditionally one of our most attended nights of the season and good seats go fast! So get here early and enjoy a high speed, action packed night of family fun and entertainment courtesy of Rob Cochran, Jack Crowell and all the fine folks at #1 Cochran Automotive!

Last Friday Night’s feature winners were Jack Sodeman Jr. in the Ti22 Sprints, World of Outlaws star Chub Frank in the Precise Lates, Dave Murdick in the Diehl Mods and 2009 Lernerville Speedway Rookie of the Year Corey McPherson in the Pic-A-Part Sportsman. McPherson’s win was the first of his career!

Danny Holtgraver, Dave Hess Jr., Jeremiah Shingledecker and Corey McPherson enter the event as leaders in the Budweiser point standings!

Next Friday, June 17 is another Fast Friday of Fab Four Racing highlighted by the always exciting Mid-Season Championships. The feature winners from each division will secure a provisional for a major event in their division later in the season; Ti22 Sprints for the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup, the Precise Late Models for the 5th Annual Firecracker 100 presented by GottaRace.com, the Diehl Mods for the BRP Tour finale during the Steel City Stampede and the Pic-A-Part Sportsman/Stocks for the Sportsman/Stock Spectacular portion of Autumn-Motive Fest.

The 5th Annual Firecracker 100 presented by GottaRace.com is now just two short weeks away! Tickets can be purchased online at Lernerville.com by clicking the “Buy Tickets” icon or by phone at (724) 353-1511 from our speedway office Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:30PM. Camping must be purchased through the speedway office at the number and times listed above. All advance ticket purchases include FREE Thursday & Friday Night pit passes and priority access to the Firecracker 100 driver autograph session!

Applications are rolling in for the 2011 Ms. Firecracker Pageant! Those selected to compete will receive free admission for the entire Firecracker weekend and free gear from GottaRace.com! Applications can be downloaded at Lernerville.com or picked up at the press box on race night!

Finally, if you need to feed your dirt track late model fix before the Firecracker 100 or even before this Friday Night, the stars of NASCAR will be getting dirty tonight at Eldora Speedway. The 2011 Prelude to the Dream will consist of 24 drivers and each will be divided amongst four teams and each will represent one of the four following children’s hospitals; Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Children's Medical Center Dallas, Levine Children's Hospital and St. Louis Children's Hospital.
