TERRY SMITH CLAIMS CHECKERS AT TALLADEGA

Eastaboga, AL - Terry Smith picked up the win in Super Late Model action in front of a big crowd at Talladega Short Track during the annual Fan Appreciation Night at the 1/3 mile clay oval.

Jason Wilson finished in second with Tim Busha third. Tim Roszell was fourth with James Cline rounding out the top five.

In Other action, Adam Gauldin won the Crate Latemodel feature with Adam Cummings claiming checkers in Sportsman. Eric Smith won the twenty-lap Modified feature event with Bobby Joe Robinson winning the Thundercar feature. Phillip Haynes won the Street Stocks with Quinton Whooten winning the always exciting Hot Shot feature event.

TST will host the make-up for the "War Between the States" this Saturday Night June 25th. Gates open at 5PM with Hot Laps at 6:30 and racing at 7:30.
