TIM BUSHA WINS SLM AT TALLADEGA SHORT TRACK

Eastaboga, AL (July 16, 2011) – Tim Busha picked up the win in Super Latemodel action at Talladega Short Track on Saturday Night.

Jason Hiett challenged several times but had to settle for second with James Cline third. Terry Smith finished in the fourth spot with Tim Roszell rounding out the top five.

Logan Yates picked up the twenty-five lap Sportsman feature event win over Joe Noojin in second and Jackson Hale third.

Jimmy Elkins Jr. won the Crate Latemodel feature event with Adam Gauldin finishing second and Tim Staples third.

David Griffin won the Open Wheel Modified feature event with Jeff Harry second and Destin Mince third.

Scott Magouirk won the fifteen lap Thundercar feature event with Chris Yarbrough in second and Brandon Crosby third.

Russell Chapman picked up his first ever win in Street Stock action with Byron Madison besting an eighteen car Hot Shot field for the win.

Talladega Short Track is back in action this Saturday Night July 23rd featuring a full racing program in all divisions. Gates open at 5PM with racing at 7:30.
