JASON WILSON SCORES VICTORY AT TALLADEGA SHORT TRACK

Eastaboga, AL (July 23) – Jason Wilson bested an seventeen car field en route to the victory in Super Latemodel action at Talladega Short Track on Saturday Night.

Jason Hiett who sat fast time finished in the second spot with Tim Roszell third. Terry Smith finished fourth with Tim Busha rounding out the top five.

The annual Michael Head Jr. Memorial Race comes to Talladega Short Track this Saturday Night featuring the Southern All-Star series in a fifty-four lap feature event and $5,400 to win for the Super Latemodels.

In Sportsman action, Joe Noojin picked up the win over Dustin Stewart who was second and Adam Cummings in third.

Adam Gauldin was cleared for the win in Crate Latemodel action with Brian Ponder in second and Mike Combs third.

Jeff Harry won the twenty-lap Modified feature event with Eric Smith in second and David Conner third.

Chris Yarbrough picked up the win in Thundercar action over Zach Shelton in second and Brad Berry third.

Andy Davis won the Street Stock feature event with Halie Holmes holding back a twenty-two car field for the Hot Shot win.

TST is back in action with the Michael Head Jr. Memorial race this coming Saturday Night July 30th featuring a 54 lap feature event paying $5,400 to win in Super Latemodels. Gates open at 4PM with racing scheduled for 7:30.
