by Ben Shelton

As Wallace enjoyed a comfortable advantage throughout the first half of the event there was a storm brewing behind him as sixth starting, Rodney Melvin was on the move as he was working his way to the front of the pack. As the race neared it's late stages Melvin would move into the second spot as he set his sights on the leader, and on lap 29 he would drive past Wallace to claim the top spot.
