WHYNOT MOTORSPORTS PARK TO HOST A PRACTICE SESSION THIS FRIDAY NIGHT

CARTERSVILLE, GA – Whynot Park in Meridian, MS will host an open practice session this Friday night from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. in preparation for the $5,000-to-win 6th Annual Coca-Cola Zero 75 this Saturday night for the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Tour.

On Saturday, the pit gate opens at 3 p.m., NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series registration for new drivers, check-in for pre-registered drivers, and pre-race technical inspection will be held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., and the drivers meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Drivers must check-in by 5 p.m. to keep their starting spots for the main event and B-main races.

The Saturday night 6th Annual Coca-Cola Zero 75 is the second night of a two-day show for the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Tour. The preliminary events with qualifying and heat races were run on September 2 that set the first 16 starting spots for the main event, and the starting line-up for the two 20-lap B-Main races that were postponed on September 3.

New drivers may enter the event and start on the tail of a B-Main race. The top three finishers in each B-Main race transfer to the main event in the 17th through 22nd starting spots. Drivers that finish fourth through 12th in the B-Main races transfer into the Buddy’s Home Furnishings Dash where the top two finishers transfer to the main event in the 25th and 26th starting spots.

The NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Tour will also compete on Sunday at Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, MS in a 40-lap $2,000-to-win race. Gates open at 12 noon, with NeSmith Chevrolet DLMS registration and pre-race technical inspection from 12 noon to 2 p.m., and the drivers meeting is scheduled for 2 p.m.
