Thunderhill Raceway Kicks 2012 Season into High Gear Saturday April 7th

Summertown, TN (04/03/2012) – Thunderhill Raceway in Summertown, Tn., is set to begin its 2012 race season this weekend, Saturday April 7, 2012 with the KAJUN Mini Stock Series headlining events and all regular classes slinging dirt around the high banks of Thunderhill Raceway.

On Saturday April 7, 2012 Thunderhill Raceway will kick off its 2012 events with a full racing program with all classes racing, including the KAJUN Mini Stock Series, who will headline the night with a $1000 to-win race. Classes at Thunderhill include the Super Late Models, 2 Barrel Late Models, Openwheels, Modified Streets, Street Stocks, and Mini Stocks. Events for the night will begin with hot laps for all classes, then the big boys of the super late models and 2 barrel late models will time trail for position. All other classes will run heat races and then all classes will run feature events. Plenty of racing action for a Saturday night.

Gates will open at 3 pm and drivers meeting will be at 6 pm, Hot Laps and Racing to begin shortly after the drivers meeting. See complete 2012 schedule at www.thunderhillracing.com
