Steve Kinser to Drive Kent Robinson's Entry in the Prelude at Eldora

Bloomington, Indiana (04/25/12) – Kent Robinson Racing is excited to announce that 20-time, World of Outlaws Sprint Car Champion, Steve Kinser will pilot the team's #7r JB's Salvage/Mastersbilt/Jay Dickens Racing Super Late Model in the 8th Annual Feed the Children Prelude at Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Wednesday, June 6th, 2012.

Kent comments, "This is really a cool deal to have Steve drive one of our cars at the Prelude.  Our families have been friends for a long time, and I grew up watching him race plus our shops are only about 15 miles apart.  He's obviously one of the greatest drivers of all time, and are honored to have him in one of our cars for this great, charity event."

Kinser, who drives a Tony Stewart-owned, Sprint Car on the World of Outlaws tour, has never piloted a Super Late Model, but is both anxious and excited at the opportunity.

"I have no idea what to expect.  Do I drive the car anything like a winged or wingless Sprint Car or is it a totally different deal?  I'm definitely glad to have Tony (Stewart) in my corner to give me some pointers," laughs Kinser.
