Karsyn’s Krusaders Partners with Corn Belt Clash to Kick Cancer's Butt One Lap at a Time

For the 2012 season, Karsyn’s Krusaders has partnered with the Corn Belt Clash Series so we can all help ‘Kick Cancer’s Butt One Lap at a Time.’ Founded in 2010 by Andy and Jessica Miller, the mission of Karsyn’s Krusaders is to coordinate a combined effort within the racing community and beyond by creating awareness and fund raising initiatives that will positively impact the lives of individuals who have been affected by cancer, with special emphasis on childhood cancer. "Partnering with the Corn Belt Clash Late Model Series has been a great experience thus far. We are looking forward to spreading awareness as we share our passion and purpose with all of the fans and drivers as this traveling series makes its 25 stops in 5 states this summer", says Jessica Miller. The ‘Official Non-Profit Organization of the Corn Belt Clash’ is a 100% volunteer organization that has raised more than $85,000 since its inception.

In addition to merchandise sales and other ongoing events throughout the year, Karsyn’s Krusaders and the CBC have teamed together to form the ‘Karsyn’s Krusaders Corn Belt Clash Team Fundraising Challenge’. This unique season long challenge puts a competitive twist on fundraising by keeping a tally of the amount of donations raised by each Corn Belt Clash team, or on their behalf. Whether a driver or their sponsor makes a personal donation, gives a portion of merchandise sales, donates winnings, hosts a fundraising activity or encourages their friends, family and fans to donate, one thing is for sure… any and all money raised will make a difference. Team fundraising totals will be posted regularly throughout the season with the driver point standings on both the CBC and Krusaders’ websites. The winning team will be awarded a contingency package at the season ending Corn Belt Clash banquet.
