Chassis builder, modified and late model star Jon Mitchell of Texarkana, TX joined Dirt Cast to talk about his 2012 season, concentrating more on late models, winning the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series title, winning the title the hard way, making a slide job work on the last lap of the last race to still have a chance at the title, winning the title by a tie break, the battle with Brandon Smith for the title, what it means to win the championship, this season racing with both the Comp Cams and SUPR series, the main difference between the two, his performance when racing with the national tour guys and racing more national tour events in 2013. Mitchell drives the #5 W&W Timber Mastersbilt in late model action and the #5 W&W Timber GRT by Catman in modified action.
