Tyler Erb Races to Podium Finish; SUPR Action Resumes this Weekend

MAGNOLIA, Texas (May 16) – After seeing the weekend's P&W Sales SUPR events washed away by Mother Nature 16-year-old, Tyler Erb and Erb Motorsports made the last minute decision to take their #91 Erb Racing/Rocket by Litton/Clements Racing Engine Super Late Model to Boothill Speedway (Greenwood, Louisiana) on Saturday evening for a Weekly Racing Series Event at the 1/4 mile oval.

Fourteen Super Late Models entered the event, and after starting fifth in his heat race he advanced to a third place finish to lock into the sixth starting spot for the finale. During the course of the main event Tyler passed three cars to register a third place finish behind race winner, Jon Mitchell, and Ronny Adams.

This Saturday, May 18th Tyler Erb will return to action with the P&W Sales Southern United Professional Racers (SUPR) Super Late Model tour. The series will make their first ever trip to Southern Oklahoma Speedway (Ardmore, Oklahoma) for a $2,500-to-win program. Erb is currently second to Rob Litton in the latest P&W Sales SUPR standings.
