[b]On Saturday, July 20, 2013 the Schaeffer Oil Sponsored 'Southern Nationals' Series will make its 8th
appearance at the Screven Motor Speedway as part of the 14th Annual ' Rebel Yell ' event.
The Shaeffer Oil 'Southern Nationals' Series will battle it out at the “Action Track of the South” for 53 laps paying $5,300 to the winner of the event.
Previous champions of the Southern Nationals Series at Screven Motor Speedway include:
Henry Carter (2006), Jimmy Sharpe (2007), Dennis 'Rambo' Franklin (2008 and 2009), and Casey Roberts (2010), Steve Francis in 2011 & Mike Marlar the 2012 Champ.
The ' Rebel Yell ', which is sponsored by VIDALIA AUTO SALVAGE, Vidalia Ga,
& The Son's of the Confederacy, will also feature racing in all local divisions for the largest purses to date.
Limited Sportsman & Super Streets will be racing for $1,000.00 to win, each.
Vidalia Auto Salvage Pure Streets, Road Warriors, & Renegade winners will collect $500 each
( 12 car minimum )
The Son's of the Confederacy will also be on hand at the event to entertain the fans during a specialpre-race firing of the muskets in each turn & their Civil War cannon will be fired three times before the main event pace laps.
Also, there will be two 'Miss Rebel Yells' & will be on hand for pictures with all of the drivers.

$200 fastet street bike - plus Gambler action.
Game(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) Kart Track will run the $1,000 win Pro-Clone 375s plus $500 to win in 5 other classes.
GeeChee Creek Mud Drags wil lhave a $500 to wn 'consistentcy race ' down the 200 ft strip.
Don`t forget Bigg Redd`s Diner, the 7,000 sq ft Concession Pavillion, with his nationally known menu, featuring of Country, Soul food & Low Country Buffet, & those thick grilled pork chop sandwiches.
Gates will open 1pm on Saturday, July 20, for this event.
Adult general admission grandstand tickets include :
Screven Motor Speedway, Savannah River Dragway,
Game c o c k Kart Track, & GeeChee Creek Mud Drags .
Adult pit admission is $20 and children under 12 free.
Racing will begin at 7:30pm for all divisions.
