Mechanical Woes Slow Daniel Baggerly at Eastside; Busy Labor Day Weekend Ahead

RURAL RETREAT, VA (August 21) - The B&B Motorsports team and driver Daniel Baggerly eyed a pair of $3,500 to win Three State Flyers programs over the August 16-17 weekend in their home state of Virginia.  On Friday night at the Eastside Speedway in Waynesboro, Virginia, Daniel ran fourth in his heat race to earn the thirteenth starting spot in the main event.  After flirting with the top ten early in the race, Daniel unfortunately suffered left rear suspension problems that caused him to retire late in the event and relegated him to a disappointing twentieth place effort.

Saturday's TSF showdown scheduled for the Natural Bridge Speedway in Natural Bridge, Virginia was then washed out by inclement weather.  Complete results from Friday at Eastside can be accessed online at www.threestateflyers.com.

Daniel and his #16 team have opted to take the upcoming August 23-24 weekend off from Dirt Late Model competition.  They will next be in action over the busy Labor Day holiday weekend in the states of Virginia and Tennessee.  On Saturday, August 31, the Fastrak Racing Series will preside over a $5,000 to win showdown at the nearby Wythe Raceway in Rural Retreat, Virginia.

The Labor Day doubleheader will then wrap up on Sunday, September 1 at the bad-fast Tazewell Speedway in Tazewell, Tennessee.  The Southern All Stars Dirt Racing Series (SAS) will sanction the 5th Annual ‘Buddy Rogers Memorial,’ which boasts a $4,400 top prize.  You can view the latest schedule plans concerning the B&B Motorsports team by pointing your web browser to www.danielbaggerly.com.

Daniel would like to thank all of his 2013 sponsors including:  En>Compass Solutions, Wythe Raceway, Emory & Henry College, RE Suspension, Albert Race Engines, Rocket Chassis, and J&J Race Cars.  Baggerly also wants to thank all of his great product sponsors for their wonderful products including: Winters Performance, Brinn Transmissions, FK Rod Ends, American Racer Tires, Red Line Oil, Performance Friction Brakes, Stealth Carburetors, Delph Communications, Peterson Fluid Products, VP Race Fuels, Big A’s Custom Graphics, and KELCAR Motorsports Media.

Keep up with the B&B Motorsports team all year long on their official home on the web, which is located at www.DanielBaggerly.com!
