New Venues Join Growing List Of NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series Tracks

CHARLOTTE, NC (December 8) - The NeSmith Racing officials have been busy at the CARS Trade Show, as their latest announcement has Camden Speedway in Camden, TN teaming up with Clayhill Motorsports in Atwood, TN for the 2014 NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series season.  The two tracks will work together by alternating Saturday nights and racing for a combined point fund.

Drivers in the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series Late Model Division at Camden Speedway and Clayhill Motorsports will compete for both a track point fund between the two tracks and a National point fund against drivers at other NeSmith Racing sanctioned track throughout the Southeast.

“When two tracks work together, everybody wins and makes money,” Clayhill Motorsports Promoter Dale Nelson said.  “When Camden Speedway officials and myself began talking about combining our racing seasons, I strongly suggested they sanction their Late Models with the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series.  We’ve been with them for two years at Clayhill Motorsports, and it has definitely been an asset.”
