Driver Support Continues To Multiply For FUEL

Fuel Media
With the season opening event at Cherokee Speedway just over a month away, FUEL (Fast Unified Engine Late Models) Racing Series officials have been hard at work in preparation for this year's campaign. Countless hours of research and planning have been spent laying the groundwork to create the most exciting and competitive dirt late model series.

While the company partners of the series richly deserve notoriety, FUEL realizes that would not be possible without the commitment of the teams and tracks. The 2014 FUEL Racing Series Schedule is filled with great track partners and we intend on rewarding their fans with exciting racing.

Over the past few months, many have asked, "Who will be racing with FUEL this season"? While several teams are still considering the CT525 engine, we can tell you that many drivers have already made that all important first step. A huge THANK YOU goes out to these drivers for sharing our vision and giving us an impressive list of racers to bring to our partner tracks. While more information about participating drivers will be soon released, the drivers that plan to participate in FUEL events currently include:

Billy Hicks, Brett Hamm, Brian Ligon, Carson Ferguson, Chris Cantrell, Clinton Cook, Colton Robinson, Daniel Baggerly, Donald Bradsher, Furman Parton, Gib Gibbons, Jason Pack, Johnny Pursley, Kenny Van Derveer, Matthew Turner, Ricky Weeks, Ross Bailes, Ryan Atkins, and Steve Banal.

FUEL is already blessed with a blend of young talent and seasoned veterans. That list continues to grow as we draw closer to the season opener. Over the next few weeks, we will also outline the series and the partnering companies that have so generously extended their support.
