2013 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Rookie of the Year and current National Dirt Racing League (NDRL) Rookie candidate Billy Moyer Jr. of Batesville, AR joined Dirt Cast on the Renegade racing Fuels hotline to talk about his start to the 2014 season, the NDRL tour, this years competition, winning twice the past weekend, the Bluegrass Nationals, what the win does for his program, his run at Virginia Motor Speedway, the Longhorn Chassis and his plans for this weekend and the rest of the season.
