Daniel Baggerly Sets Another New Track Record at Virginia Motor; Picks Up First Win
 
RURAL RETREAT, VA (June 5) - Daniel Baggerly, of Rural Retreat, Virginia, grabbed his first victory of the 2014 campaign on Saturday night, May 31 at the pristine Virginia Motor Speedway in Jamaica, Virginia!  After setting a New Track Record during qualifying for his third straight appearance this year at VMS, Daniel started the first of two 15-lap Aaron's Pro Late Model feature events from the outside of the third row.  Aboard his one-race-old CVR racecar, Daniel drove to the front of the field on lap four to grab the point and never looked back en route to the commanding $300 win!
 
"Bagz" then drew the fourth starting position for the second main event of the night and once again found himself battling for the top spot.  Unfortunately, Daniel spun while racing with Walker Arthur for the lead early in the distance and was forced to restart from the tail end of the field.  He then pointed his #16 machine back towards the front and was able to salvage a hard-fought fourth place performance in the second Twin 15.  Full results from Virginia Motor Speedway can be accessed online at www.vamotorspeedway.com.
 
The B&B Motorsports team and Daniel Baggerly now plan to enjoy the next two weekends - at least - away from the racetrack.  They may race somewhere on June 21, but they will for sure be back in competition on June 28 at Virginia Motor Speedway in Jamaica, Virginia.  Another round of Twin feature events are planned for the last Saturday of the month at VMS.  You can keep up with Daniel's latest schedule plans by pointing your web browser to www.danielbaggerly.com.
