Franklin Capitalizes on Ferguson’s Misfortune at Dublin for the Victory  

DUBLIN, NC (October 11) - With pop-up showers appearing shortly after the 24 cars on hand completed time trials the night was a long one as fans had to tough out several rain delays and a feature which started in the early morning hours. ULTIMATE Series point leader Dennis “Rambo” Franklin took advantage of the misfortune of fellow Longhorn Chassis driver Chris Ferguson in capturing his 3rd series win of the 2014 season. The win was also Franklin’s 2nd in a row dating back to the September 27th event at Modoc Speedway..
