13-Year-Old, Tyler Clem Tops All-Tech Raceway Action

by Ben Shelton
ST. PETERSBURG, Florida (October 14) – 13-year-old, Tyler Clem dominated the Limited Late Model action at All-Tech Raceway on Saturday evening in his Vahlco Wheels #14 Rocket Super Late Model to claim his second victory of the season.

Tyler enjoyed a great outing at the recently-reopened, ½ mile oval on Saturday evening. His night started by winning his heat race from the 3rd starting spot. Via his heat performance he earned the pole position for the Limited Late Model finale. At the drop of the green flag Tyler jumped to the lead and proceeded to drive away from the field on his way to the convincing victory. Nevin Gainey, Derek Crawford, Shawn Smith, and Henry Burnside completed the top five finishers.

“Our car was awesome from the time that we unloaded,” Tyler commented. “I want to thank my sponsors, crew, and fans for their great support.”

On Friday night Tyler recorded a 3rd place finish in the $3,000-to-win, United Dirt Late Model Challenge Series (UDLMCS) event at Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Florida). Clem chased Kyle Bronson and Jake Perkins across the finish line, while Phillip Cobb and Keith Nosbisch completed the top five finishers.

Full results from the weekend are available at www.UnitedDirtLateModelSeries.com and www.AllTechRaceway.com .

Tyler will shift gears this coming weekend, October 16th-17th as he returns to the driver’s seat of his #14 J&J Sprint Car for the Florida State Championship. The two-day affair will be sanctioned by the United Sprint Car Series (USCS).

A new website is currently being designed by MSR Mafia Website & PR Services and will be released in the next week.
