Saturday Night's Event at Brownstown Speedway CanceledWAYCROSS, GA (April 7, 2016) - Saturday night's 19th Indiana Icebreaker at Brownstown Speedway has been canceled. With the continued rain and the forecast for unseasonably cold temperatures on Saturday night, Speedway and Series officials have been forced to cancel the event.
"Jim Price and the staff at Brownstown Speedway are always a pleasure to work with, they put their heart into every event. This was a tough decision to make, but we feel it was in the best interest of fans and drivers alike. We look forward to seeing everyone at Brownstown Speedway for the Jackson 100 in September," stated Assistant Series Director, Rick Schwallie.
Up next for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series is the Bad Boy 98 at Batesville Motor Speedway in Batesville, Arkansas. Action begins on Friday, April 15th with Miller Welders Time Trials, followed by heat races. The weekend will be cap off on Saturday night with B-Mains, and the 98-lap, $20,000-to-win Bad Boy 98 main event. For more information, visit
