Devin Dixon and Big Frog Motorsports Back in Victory Lane

by Ben Shelton
OCALA, Florida (June 1) For the second time in 2016 Devin Dixon parked the Big Frog Motorsports #58 Daves Towing/Rocket XR-1 Late Model in victory lane. His latest triumph came on Saturday night with a victory at North Florida Speedway.

Weve really got a good car with this Big Frog Motorsports XR-1, and Im having a blast driving it, noted Dixon. I think whats most exciting is that Im even though we are already enjoying success Im still getting settled into this new ride, so the future could really hold some cool things for us.

On Saturday night Devin Dixon headed to North Florida Speedway (Lake City, Florida), back behind the wheel of the Big Frog Motorsports #58 machine. He enjoyed a great outing as he parked the teams entry in victory lane, earning a $1,500 payday. The win was the second of the year for Dixon with the team, and marked the third overall triumph on the year for Big Frog Motorsports.

Sunday night brought the Big Frog Racing team to All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Florida), where they competed in another Late Model event. Improving two positions in his heat, Dixon landed a runner-up finish behind Kyle Bronson. Advancing two more spots in the feature, Devin posted a 2nd-place finish behind race winner, Kyle Bronson with Mark Whitener, Russell Brown Jr., and Brandon Cameron rounding out the top five.

Complete results from both events can be found at www.NorthFloridaSpeedway.com and www.AllTechRaceway.com .

The team is geared up for another pair of events in their home state this weekend, June 3-4. On Friday evening Big Frog Motorsports will compete at All-Tech Raceway before traveling to East Bay Raceway Park (Gibsonton, Florida) on Saturday evening for the Donnie Tanner Memorial.
