Hagerstown Speedway HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 8) - Martinsburg, WV’s Keith Jackson earned the outside pole for the Friday special Night One running of the Hagerstown /Winchester Shootout for the Hoosier Tire Super Late Models and made the best of it. The 25-lap feature went all the way under green and he led the entire distance to collect $2,500 for his efforts by running mostly around the top side.
