ALEXANDRIA, Ark. (January 29) - AMP State Series closed the books on the 2007 race season, at Woody Sherwood Forest in Sherwood, Arkansas, January 26.
Drivers arrived to find a night to remember for the first year series. Series President, Christy Hudson and Director, Jeremy Murphy to assisted in the first year RaceWrapz.com, award presentations for the AMP State Series.
An aquarium type, candle light dinner, provided an opening start as the evening unfolded.
The night started with opening prayer lead by AMP member, Gary Beard of Trumann, Arkansas. Prayers were lifted for AMP star & girl friend, Andy Hockenhull and Becky Sparks, who had a death in the family earlier this week. Andy & Becky were able to attend later in the evening.
Dinner was served & provided by H & H family Catering and Restaurant of Cabot, Arkansas. Catfish, Chicken strips, Corn Fritters, Hot Wings, Fries, Slaw, Baked Beans, Hush Puppies, Pickled Tomato's & Banana Pudding.
