Guglielmoni's everywhere up front. 22g led every lap for the win, and Clarke in the 28g chased him until lap 16 when he tried to get under Paul and there was contact. The lower A arm on Clarke's car got bent. He went backwards to fourth. The 00 chased but couldn't get to the winner. He was getting closer every lap but ran out of laps. On lap 10 the 4r of Anthony Restad went into 1-2 and up and over pretty violently landing on his roof. First guy on the scene called for the ambulance because he got no response from the driver. The driver regained consciousness before the ambulance got there and the car was turned back over, but looked to be destroyed from every angle. Mr. Restad took a ride in the ambulance for observation on the track but was at his trailer at the conclusion of the night talking about the night's incidents. From my point of view, I only could get the info from the scene over my radio and there was no chatter. No one is allowed on the track and I've got to be the buffer between the crews and the people on the scene and it sucks to be that guy since they want to get to their car and no one is allowed onto the track during that time. Basically, I'm a gatekeeper at that point. We try to get info to you guys as quickly as possible, but at the same time, those guys (paramedics and track personnel) on the scene want to tend to the driver, and the last thing on their minds is giving me updates on the driver's condition at the back gate. Again, we try.
