God this whole thing about the cost of racing Super Streets is getting so old! The rules have been agreed to and are not supposed to change for 2 more years. If someone does not feel comfortable with that then they need to park their car, race in a different class, whatever it takes to be happy. It's just getting old to see the same old griping about the Streeters!!

RULES DID NOT CHANGE ODIE....The E/W series had 2 special races, The Bottoms Up 100 in Bakersfield, and the Don Roberts 50 lap shootout in Santa Maria, which we allowed leway on the floorpan and body rule, with a 50lb per offence wt. penalty. The object was to draw cars that do not normally run with us ,because their cars do not fit our rules, and let them see what our series is all about.

Is there any chance you might say something positive sometimes?????? We are all working hard together, to better things, and I for one, would like to know what you have contributed to the betterment of the Super Streets...It is getting really old to read all the negitivity you post, when you are neither racing nor supporting the Super Streets, or the East vs West Series...

Odie, you are right about the waiver at the SMS for the Don Roberts. The 3D car got 1 waiver at Bako and was going to get 1 waiver at SMS. The 3D car did not run at SMS for the Don Roberts because they did not want to go through the potential hassle in tech if they ended up running well. So in reality every car that ran the Don Roberts was a legal car per the E v W rules. I have no idea if the series will give a waiver per track next year, need to ask Sandie that question I guess!

$40,000....I want whatever this Aaron guy is smoking. Even if you wanted to throw your money away and put $40,000 into a street stock motor...you would be hard pressed to find places or ways to spend it based on the rules. $10,000-15,000 is more like it. Heck even $25,000-30,000 is conceivable but, $40,000???? Someone is pulling your leg guy.
