NEW HOBBY STOCK SERIES FOR 2007

HEY EVERYONE IM VERY INTERESTED IN GETTING WITH 3 DIFFERENT TRACK PROMOTERS (BAKERSFIELD SPEEDWAY, CHOWCHILLA, AND MAYBE SMS,VICTORVILLE, OR HANFORD.) FOR 2007 AND MAKE A SERIES FOR THE HOBBY STOCKS. MAYBE YOU CAN RUN YOUR LOCAL TRACK POINTS AS WELL AS THIS 9 RACE SERIES. I WANT TO DO 3 RACES AT EACH TRACK. IM LOOKING FOR INTERESTED FROM ALL THE DRIVERS AND FANS TO SEE IF ITS SOMETHING WORTH PERSUING AND GETTING TOGETHER. WHAT DOES EVERYONE THINK ABOUT AN EXTRA TRAVELING HOBBY STOCK SERIES BETWEEN 3 TRACKS MAYBE GET THE PURSE TO $500 TO WIN EACH RACE AND $1000 TO WIN THE SERIES.(DEPENDING ON SPONSOR SUPPORT, COULD BE MORE OR IT COULD BE LESS)

EVERYONE PLEASE GIVE YOUR OPINIONS ON THIS AND LET ME KNOW SO I CAN START IT EARLY ENOUGH TO TRY AND GET IT GOING

IF YOUR INTERESTED IN THE SERIES AND WANT UR NAME ADDED TO THE LIST OF DRIVERS BELOW LET ME KNOW. THIS IS NOT A SERIES FOR PEOPLE ONLY FROM THE TRACKS IT WILL BE SUPPORTED AND RAN AT. THIS WILL BE A SERIES FOR ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED FROM ANY TRACK,SERIES,STATE. IT DOESNT MATTER AS LONG AS UR RULES FIT

WELL AS LONG AS I CAN GET THE SUPPORT I NEED I MIGHT NEED UR HELP GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEE PROMOTER. I WANT SMS TO CHANGE THERE RULES TO OUR HOBBY RULES SO WE CAN GO HAVE FUN OVER THERE AND MAYBE THEY CAN JOIN THIS SERIES. BUT IF NOT I WIL LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS. I know Kings Speedway is going to be running a hobby dividion next year. Im sure that they would be very interested in your plan. The good thing about Kings is that they dont have rules in place yet so you could get them to adopt the Bako rules. The other thing about Kings Speedway is that its 3/8 mile, so it will throw a twist into the set ups and what not. Lot more speed also...... Chowchilla, Hanford, Bakersfield. All three tracks are relatively close. If you try to get Victorville, Bako, Chow, Victorville and Chow are like 5 hrs apart. It would be tough for those guys to tow. I like the idea, kinda like a California hobby stock series like the supers used to have.

What is the deal with Merced? Don't they have a hobby stock division? How come I don't see much about that track? Do they run any open comp. shows?

thanks alot. i appreciate it. i am really wanting to get this going so i hope more of u show ur support so i can go to these tracks and show these promoters some numbers. i want to be able to go to them and say alright we will have at least 40 cars a night bringing atleast 4 fans with them on average. so it will be good for us racers as well as u and the track.(just for an example) this is serious. i am going to be doing this for everyone. so please show ur support and im going to start a list of names(drivers names) so i will have something to take to the tracks and they can see for themselves what i have for them. i want to take something to them that they wont be able to turn down because the offer is to good. i will post the list at the top of this page. everyone let me know if there is anyone u have talked to or if u urself would like to be added to the list of drivers interested. and also im going to be making a flier with what i would like to get going for the pay outs, entry fees,member costs, things like that together so u can see the format im going to try and get going for this series thanks everyone and keep the ideas and support coming in.

yeah i thought about that. i think racing to the yellow would be a good thing. i like it when i race at chowchilla. im starting my list of drivers right now im going to post it on the origan post at the top so if ur name isnt on it and u want it there let me know or if u know someone interested let me know so i can add them.

why dont you change youre rules to meet ours kevin???? i mean hell ours are pretty simple and if you are gonna run a series you need to have one set of rules for all cars like sandy had on the ss cant just say change our rules to yours set a specific set like we have been tryin to get you guys to do for years now i know i would be interested in it so if you need some help with this let me know and i will help you in any way i can from over here

hey aaron. im saying change to our rules because r rules r good. there very fast and very competative. factory stocks r like an american stock with a locked rear end. u have a little more power than my american thats the only difference. this will be a hobby stock series so if SMS is willing and interested in joining in with this series and the promoter will let me have some races there for the series ur rules would need to change to hobby rules and it would be an awsome show. ill add u to the list aaron. but i dont know ur last name. i will be there tomorrow with fliers for everyone about the up coming twin 50's at bako and ill be talking to guys about this hobby stock series as well. thanks everyone and keep the support mail and comments coming
