The best 100 bucks I've ever spent.

We've really made a 180 in what we put in our bodies at our house. Trying to get your kids to eat fruits and vegitables (non processed) can be tough. I watched this 5 star video called "The Beautiful Truth" which is a 5 star documentary about this Dr in the 40s who had a simple cure for cancer. He was killed by the drug companies which sounds more like a movie than a real story. Anyway, a huge part of this deal was Juicing. I've kind of always wanted one but never really took it serious. I ran across Amazon's top selling juicer for 99 bucks delivered. It's worth about 3 times that. It's a killer juicer. I throw in 4 apples, 2 carrots and some strawberries and Sunnie wolfs it down. That's some serious vitamins! Would be a killer Chistmas gift to yourself and your kids will dig it, especially in the summer. Check it out:

Check this movie clip.

This movie will change you.

Juicer is a good idea.
But the movie, I got a problem with this conspiracy stuff.

and there wasn't a shooter on the grassy knoll!! The magic bullet did it all!! I'm kinda with you Duane on the conspiracy thing(unless we talk about the Kennedy assasination), way too many quacks think everything is a conspiracy, but not that far fetched to have someone killed in the 40's and cover it up, not saying it happened either.
And Billy, I don't think all pharmaceuticals are bad, but I am definatly on your side of this argument, everytime I look at the ziplock bag of drugs my father is perscribed and he still can't get off the couch and live a normal life it disgusts me. If he would just change his habits I am sure he could throw that whole bag in the trash and and lead a more normal life, he's just too darn stubborn or hooked on their sh!t ! He would be better off snorting coke(at least he would be more productive!lol) than taking all the stuff he does now, but you can thank all your liberal doctors that feel the need to make everything a disease that needs a drug to fix, and now they want it in the gov.t hands! It is Kinda funny how you were so liberal a while back, and now you want to turn your back on the one thing the liberal democrats say everybody must have. I'm glad your eyes are now open to the the way capitalist liberals do business, they don't care about the customer- just the money, and they can't ever get enough!
sorry about the hijacking!! continue on with the benefits of juicing!

Here's a good example. For years i've been fighting stomach issues. Obviously my diet helped but NOTHING fixed everything like taking Manuka honey. I mean every drug, which probably includes 20 different drugs couldn't do what this natural product did. Even when I tell my doctors about the magic of this stuff, they have this whatever attitude. Why? If they could make a profit off it, the would pimp it. I will guaranty that anyone who watches it will be changed. Not because of the obvious accusation on how you are a number to the FDA, not a person. More striking is the underplay of good nutrition in this country. Those canned veggies are worthless. They get into metal fillings and the mercry that gets leached into our bodies. You'll be skeptical until you see the mercury readings done one a persons mouth. They set up a light to visually see it. Scary. Btw, if you want to draw the metals out of your body eat celantro. It's one of the only foods capable of doing this. Good advice for people working with metal.

I've read about the metal fillings before and one thing that caught my attention was that if you ever have to have a metal filling replaced, when they take the old filling out, it is hazardous waste. It has to be disposed of properly, yet they'll gladly put it in your mouth with no problems. suposedly it's the mercury that makes it hazardous waste.

I don't know alot about the drug industry but I do know that they did there job on many individuals that wouldn't have lived for a yr and they got 8 pretty good ones. So I see no reason to throw them under the bus. Presently, I'm 61 yrs old and take nothing. No drugs of any kind, natural or other wise. My wife takes a handful big enough to choke a horse, two prescription and the rest herbal stuff. The difference between her and I? She'll die healthy, but were both still going to die. I have this thought whether right or wrong, that one of the biggest problem of this day and age is drugs are way to plentiful, both prescribed and herbal, our bodies never get a chance to build up any immunities. Ya got drugs to put you to sleep and to wake you up , to stop you from the affects of the flu and cold, and on and on and on. How bout you tough it out a little and allow your body to build up the immunities that it can before you start chuggin' drugs. Every ailment that I have I gave myself, bad knees , bad back and poor hearing, all racing related. Some may say I'm a little weak in the nugget, but that's another story. I think to many people are trying to get a little to much good. My wife has been looking for the perfect nights sleep and has spent a ton of money on every mattress that comes down the pike. I tell her guess what, it ain't the mattress, it's the getting up six times a night to go to the can. But what do I know. Our bodies are miraculous things and can do really good things for its self, if allow to. So try not chugging drugs, do eat healthy and feel better.
Done ranting now.

billy as you progress look at the Vita-Mix which keeps all of the pulp in the drink. most of the fiber benefit is in the pulp material that is lost in juicing. the pulp does make for good soup base however with vegi type juices.
remember that the fruit juices are high in sugar.
thanks for the tip on the honey. are you buying that here in town? where if so?

If any of you or your families have allergies, try LOCALLY produced honey, apparently you build an immunity to local pollens by eating local honey which is made from the same polluns that affect allergies.
Juicer, i used one for years, but the last year or so I've been using the blender more, I've gotten hooked on a berry drink i make probably 5 to 6 times a week. Frozen mixed berries and ice, blend and drink, it was a little tart when i first started, i would throw a banana in as sweetener but I've grown to like the tart berry taste.

Honey is a bad a$$ product. Manuka honey is a crazy bad a$$ product. It's stronger than antibiotics. Resolves yeast infections fast. Fixes skin issues. I bought some for my grandma to use on her skin problems she got from a case of MRSA last year. Antibiotics were doing nothing for her. She is seeing big improvements using the manuka as a topical. It sucks the moisture out of the bacteria which prohibits it from mutating like pill form antibiotics do. If you have GERD, take half a teaspoon and wait 5 minutes. It will be gone along with stomache ulcers and other GI issues.
Check out the reviews at amazon. It's not snake oil.

Billy, does she drink that every day? have you seen any improvement in her health?or are you trying to prevent health issues? I have always ate lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, My daughter loves them aswell, I am going to buy a juicer tomorrow and start the fresh juice drink, even if(i think it will) it doesnt help in health wich I think it has too with all the vitamins, its still a good tasting drink, by the way, how much do you think you spend on fruits and vegies now?

We're just getting into it so I can't tell too much other than how I feel after a couple days in which is great. Getting off the gluten helped her stomache aches and kicked about 30 lbs off my ersh. The easiest 30lbs I've ever lost. I also don't have heart palputations anymore. "Most" fruit drinks are sugar water with 10% juice. The idea that I can sneak a couple carrots into a fruit mix and she not know it is all the better.

CamaroKid is absolutely right about eating LOCAL honey.
I have had allergies since I was a kid. The only respite was when I lived in LA. (Not enough living plants to be allergic to...lol)
Now that I live back in Santa Maria, my allergies have kicked back up again.
Was never a fan of honey, but now I try to find local honey to sweeten my tea or coffee. The more local honey you eat, the more you build up immunities to local plant life, just as Camaro pointed out. Also, try chewing honeycomb wax. Sweet and tasty, and better than sugary chewing gum.
Now if only I could stick to my diet and lose 40 lbs! That would also do my health some good.

No you can't. It comes from a small area in New Zealland and is only produced a couple months out of the year. I've heard that every jar can be traced to a specific hive. Local honey is good for alergies, but if you wanted a wholesale cleanup of your body and skin issues, Manuka is the way to go. If you notice there are different strenths. I did a 12. Worked good. My grandmother is on a 16 for her MRSA skin issues. She claims good improvements.

Look into a Vita Mix. Awesome machines, cost a pretty penny up front but so worth it... My kids love the ice cream this "blender" makes..in a matter of 2-3 minutes... not to mention I love the margaritas it makes too!!!
Costco has been having a vendor at the one off Rosedale quite a bit, the guy will tell you everything you want to know about them, he has been a rep with Vita Mix for many many years now.
