Richmond Raceway 2010 Championship Awards Banquet Set for Sunday, November 7

RICHMOND, KY (October 25, 2010)-Richmond Raceway track promoters Joey and Tiffany Tackett will officially bring the 2010 racing season to a close on Sunday evening, November 7 with the 2010 Championship Awards Banquet.

The top five drivers in each division will be honored for their accomplishments at Richmond Raceway during the 2010 racing season. Pre-sale tickets can be purchased at a discounted price, $15 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under. Tickets purchased after November 1 or at the door will be $20 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under.

The 2010 Championship Awards Banquet will be held at Gillum’s Sports Lounge located at 830 Eastern Bypass, Richmond, next to Halloween City in the Richmond Mall. Dinner will be served at 6pm with presentations at 7pm and festivities coming to a close around 9pm. Pizza and Salad will be served with a cash bar available.

This event is open to all race fans, drivers, and their crews. Anyone wanting to RSVP for the 2010 Richmond Raceway Championship Awards Banquet should contact the Raceway Office at (859) 626-4189. Dress for the award banquet is casual.
