SHARON RELEASES 2011 MODIFIED, STOCK CAR & MINI STOCK RULES; DISCOUNTED SEASON GENERAL ADMISSION & PIT PASSES AVAILABLE

Hartford, OH- With winter in full force in eastern Ohio, Sharon Speedway is looking ahead to brighter and warmer days as it prepares for the 2011 racing season.  With that in mind, Sharon has released the 2011 divisional rules for the Big-Block Modifieds, Stock Cars, and Mini Stocks.  Those rules are available by clicking on the rules tab at www.sharonspeedway.com.    

The FASTRAK Late Models will use the national FASTRAK rules, while the E-Mod rules will be released very soon.  Those five divisions will be spotlighted as part of the new Steel Valley Thunder program on Saturday nights at 7 p.m. beginning in April.  Sharon will utilize Sundays for rain outs of Saturday events.  

Also, Sharon has made available discounted season passes for both general and pit admissions.  Fans are encouraged to take advantage of this greatly reduced pre-season offer of $225 for general admission and just $375 for pit admission.  General admission season passes include all events held in 2011 including the Friday night Thunder shows, while season pit pass holders also receive $10 off pit admission to Friday night Thunder shows.  

This offer expires February 1 at which time the price is $325 for general admission and $525 for pit passes.  This special offer order form can be obtained at www.sharonspeedway.com.
