Kinzer Motorsports Gears Up for Boyd’s and Fort Payne this Weekend

ALLEN, KY (June 26) - The Kinzer Motorsports team traveled south to the Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, Alabama on Saturday night, June 22 for the 2nd Annual 'B.J. Parker Memorial.'  The Southern All Stars Dirt Racing Series (SAS) sanctioned the one-day program, which paid $4,200 to the winner.  Brandon Kinzer was unfortunately deemed light at the scales following qualifying, but later rallied to fifth in his B-Main to earn the eighteenth starting spot in the 42-lap feature event.  BK was then able to move up four positions during the 'B.J. Parker Memorial' on his way to a fourteenth place performance.  Complete results from the track deemed as the 'Hornets Nest' can be viewed online at www.sasdirt.com.

Brandon and his #18 team will now turn their focus to a pair of events in the states of Georgia and Alabama on June 28-29.  On Friday night, the Boyd’s Speedway in Ringgold, Georgia will play host to a $3,000 to win Southern Regional Racing Series (SRRS) showdown, while the Fort Payne Motor Speedway in Fyffe, Alabama will take center stage on Saturday evening.  The 6th Annual ‘Firecracker 50’ will be held at Fort Payne and the winner will walk away with a $3,000 payday.  Additional information on these races can be accessed by clicking on www.boydsspeedway.net and www.fortpaynemotorspeedway.com.
